Graditude Turns Everything into Enough

Gratitude often sounds like soft, feel-good advice—but it’s grounded in research, and it can be a powerful balm in the hectic life of an educator. Studies in positive psychology have shown that gratitude interventions (e.g., listing things you’re thankful for) are reliably associated with increases in positive affect, life satisfaction, and reductions in symptoms of depression and anxiety.
