The 2025 Sheffield Education Foundation Registry of Honor Awards Night was a smashing success! With a capacity crowd at the Logan Room in downtown Sheffield, the school district recognized four outstanding honorees who have contributed to Sheffield not only as students and graduates but also as community members who have continued to pour into Sheffield in immeasurable ways.

Studies in positive psychology have shown that gratitude interventions (e.g., listing things you’re thankful for) are reliably associated with increases in positive affect, life satisfaction, and reductions in symptoms of depression and anxiety.
