High Expectations at SHS

March 15 was High Expectations Night at Sheffield High School. Counselor Melissa Ryan and Principal Joey Burch welcomed students and parents and lead the presentation of "Great Things" going on at Sheffield. Teachers presented about the new opportunities through Career Tech including a new Health Science and Culinary program. Teachers shared about the transition to an AP (Advanced Placement) curriculum and the increase in classroom rigor. Students shared about the many opportunties for involvement available to them. Many thanks to the parents, students, faculty, and partners Muscle Shoals Career Academy and Colbert County Career Coach, for attending and making such an informative night for our school community.
